The Port of Luleå will introduce a new port tariff effective January 1, 2026.
This adjustment ensures that we can continue to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient logistics solution while supporting the ongoing development of the Port of Luleå.

New surcharge for tugboat assignments
The fuel surcharge is adjusted to 2,000 SEK per tugboat assignment as of 1 July 2026
The adjustment is made in response to bunker prices having stabilized somewhat, although they remain at a higher level compared to previous periods.
The fuel surcharge is a separate fee applied when a tugboat is dispatched for an assignment and will be adjusted on an ongoing basis in line with changes in fuel prices.
Change of waste management fee. Cargo residues are accepted at cost price from 1 May 2023 (legislation TSFS 2023:15)
