Port Tariff

Here you can find information about the Port of Luleå's current tariffs, for example normal tariff, calculation of dues, discounts and supplements.

The Port of Luleå will introduce a new port tariff effective January 1, 2026.
This adjustment ensures that we can continue to provide a safe, sustainable, and efficient logistics solution while supporting the ongoing development of the Port of Luleå.

Port tariffs 2026, applicable from 2026-01-01 until further notice.

Chapter Track fees are applicable form 2026-01-05 untill further notice.

New surcharge for tugboat assignments

Starting April 1, 2026, Luleå Port will introduce a fuel surcharge of SEK 4,000 per tugboat assignment. The reason is the rapidly rising bunker prices on the global market.

We are aware that this notice comes on short notice. The price development is happening on a global scale, beyond our control. The fuel surcharge may be further adjusted in relation to market conditions.

The purpose of the increase is to ensure safe and stable operations for our customers.

Change of waste management fee. Cargo residues are accepted at cost price from 1 May 2023 (legislation TSFS 2023:15)
